Shipping
Tea with a Tree aim to post all items within 3 days of the order being placed. However, we are disabled led and our bodies do have a habit of conspiring against us at times so, we appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer.
We will inform you if there is any delay.
We use Royal Mail 48hr 2nd Class service to deliver orders. Shipping rates are shown below.
Up to 250g - £2.50
250g to 1.75Kg - £4.50*
1.75Kg to 9Kg - £7.50
Over 9Kg - Prices vary depending upon the courier and will be confirmed prior to shipping.
*Most orders fall into the £4.50 bracket which typically allows you to purchase three books.
If you are local, you may choose the 'Pick up from the studio' option which is free of charge. If this is the case, we will contact you via email to make arrangements for this.
We are sorry but we do not currently post internationally.

Return & Refund Policy
You can receive a refund on your purchase if you let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return it. Please wait for a confirmation email before sending your item back in its original packaging and condition with proof of purchase and using a tracked delivery method.
On receipt, a refund will be made to you within 14 days.
Commissioned & digital items are non-refundable.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days of receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Faulty items will be refunded or a replacement offered if returned within 30 days of purchase. Any faulty digital items will be replaced.
You will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
